Refrigerator not working

I paid my account up for the whole year I'm not getting any service I've been calling for 3 weeks about my Frigidaire they put me on hold say wait 20 minutes and they keep me on hold for 2 or 3 hours no one answers I put in three claims no one called me back no one answered my claims I lost all my food in my refrigerator and I'm still not getting an answer is this even a company or did I just give them my money for free no one is helping me at this company I need a feedback on what the status of my contract is because they're not holding up on that end of what their service is of supplying me with service today was today that I talked to someone they said that they would have the manager call me back no one has called me yet I've been sitting by the phone answering all the

Unauthorized, Fraudulent, Charge on my Card - BAD BUSINESS!!!

I am canceling my services and notifying you that you are still NOT authorized to charge any of my cards that you may have on file. Your unauthorized charge on my card has disrupted my entire financial planning and caused me to cancel my current card that all of my bills are paid from. I have also been on hold with you since 5 am MT - it is now 6:30 am MT. What if I had an emergency?!!! Very very bad business! I am done with you. Please cancel services ASAP. User's recommendation: Test customer service in case you have an emergency. Hold times can exceed 1.5 hrs. Do not allow them to save your payment info and be sure to not authorize future payments up front

Cancel service issues

Paid $600 for my first year- may to may. Had house until March.

Called for a plumbing issue. Took 2 days for the appointment. They came out. Said I would hear fromARW in 24 hours.

No call/email from ARW. 3 days later the plumber called to let me know it was $1275 total and my responsibility was $975!!! Mind you, this was a snake for the toilet and sink.nothing more.

Tried to cancel .they message was to call during certain days or times.but they were not there and you cant leave a message.

However, if you want NEW service, they are super responsive.

Before I called for the service, I tried to add a second home I was buying and they were rude. Cancelling immediately and the lost my second home and my sisters.

OUR A/C STOPPED WORKING, ARW SENT A LOCAL TECH TO OUR HOME TO INSPECT THE UNIT AND DETERMINE WHAT WAS WRONG. THE TECH CONCLUDED THE UNIT NEEDS A NEW COMPRESSOR. i WAS GIVEN A CLAIM # 769 49**-**. THIS WAS OVER A WEEK AGO AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM ARW. MY WIFE IS 78, I AM 83, IT IS VERY HOT HERE IN CALIFORNIA AND I WOULD APPRECIATE AN UNDATE FROM ARW AS TO THE DISPOSITION OF THIS ISSUE ASAP. Too much frustration dealing with Customer Service
Job ticket open since October 2021 for Microwave and Oven (combo unit)
Assigned Several service providers including
1. AVAUXCO - 404-835-**** Hard or impossible to get calling them.

No response for weeks. Spend several hours from 8 AM - 5PM just to get them on the phone.
Techs came to house no, tools and other hardware including stand to take off the unit. Took a picture S/N and Model # to order parts. Left me for several weeks.
Came back after more than one month replaced parts minus-fuse.

No repairs or unit working. Several trips and no repairs.
ARW assigned another service provider Dec- ASAP service provider, came to house no tools. Same story (No diagnostics) by tech. Order parts and come back.

December 6th I am notified via text that ARW denied parts request.
I called ARW to find out and was transferred to adjudication dept. telling me repairs are costly and wants to settle for buy out.
Offered $153 for a GE unit that costs $3,000.
Stay away from ARW, long wait time, on hold long times, hanging up when rep's cant answer.

I am being tossed around by your company after so many years of being a customer. Your company told me to get someone to fix my washer since you are unable to doit

I got Sears to fix it for $311;27. When I called for my refund you asked for a receipt. I forwarded the receipt to: tier1@***.com I forward the receipt but it was rejected. Please! Please!! Please!!! Send my money to me ASAP. You are a Goliath and I am a David I hate for giants to cheat me out of my few pennies. The contract is not worth the paper it is written on. The technician visit the home several times to repair the refrigerator. The refrigerator worked fine for 2-3 months. The weird noises appear again since 2020. The technician informed the company of the consistent repair problem over and over again. The company has not complied with the situation. The number of times making service calls and paying service fees stacks up. Who has that can of money these days? I've paid enough money to buy another refrigerator. The company totally ignores customer complaints. When you plan to cancel service, they really work to try to get you to stay, if you are a loyal customer. The company doesn't want to lose the money. There is nothing they can do to make me come back as a customer.

They have called me from at least ten different phone numbers. They have a new trick where their number shows as a contact on your phone when it is not. I called them they said they would take me off of their call list. Then I got text messages! I called again and got two complete jerks before the third one who said he would make sure I was not contacted again. I don't believe him. They should not be in business for this practice alone.Do D
